Do You Remember (TT0011)
This set covers FOUR decades and is therefore a very versatile kit. There are toppers, tiles and papers from the 1940's, 1950's, 1960's and 1970's. Each decade could have been a stand alone set but I decided to combine it.
There are 16 full size toppers, 4 for each decade and a few extra images if you care to do a little bit of decoupage. There is a full sheet of my tiles and this time I have included a few in different sizes. There is a full sheet which has smaller images of embellishments and also some greetings embellishments and sayings - all to match the various decades but there is no reason why they cannot be used on other cards you make. I do try and make everything multi functional so it will mix and match with mine and any other sets you use. There is a full sheet for the 1940's and this has 3 smaller sections which are exactly ATC size so they can be used as either toppers or for ATCs, because they are self adhesive you just have to cut round them, peel off the back, stick them onto a piece of card, trim it and then decorate to your heart's content. Label on the back and off you go, GET SWAPPING. There is a similar sheet for the 1950's, one for the 1960's and one for the 1970's. The 1970's one is different in as much as it is not a nostalgia sheet it is just funky 1970's type backing paper. There are two designs on it and you can cut out the ATCs from this paper if you want.
All in all this will give you a challenge, however, you can use it for almost any age group, for any themed events and of course for endless ATCs in so many themes (not just decades). I have been doing my samples for this kit and it has been like working with a hundred different kits - each time I have tried to do something I have gone off on a totally different route to the one I started but the cards have all been different, some are subtle, some are colourful. The choice is yours and of course you can mix and match with any other papers and embellishments you have in your craft supplies.
Tip: You can use the tiles in this set as embellishments, they are stunning when stuck onto mount board and then embossed with UTEE powder to give them a fabulous enamel effect. This can also be done with sections of any of the backing papers - the possibilities are endless.
